🌿 Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

This policy applies to purchases of VAYU and related products made directly from Algreen via www.algreentech.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• The product must be in resalable condition, with no signs of misuse or excessive wear.

• All original components and packaging (manuals, accessories, etc.) must be included.

• The product must have been purchased directly from Algreen.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

II. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

1. Email algreen@algreentech.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.

2. Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions and the designated shipping address.

3. Customers must ship the product back at their own expense using a trackable courier. ⚠️ Please do not select "signature required" shipping, as this may delay processing.

Returns without prior approval may be rejected.

III. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are also non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days and applied to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank, it may take 7–10 business days for funds to appear.

IV. WARRANTY POLICY

All VAYU units are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This includes:

✅ Covered:

• Manufacturing defects

• Malfunction due to faulty components or materials

• Functional failures under normal use

❌ Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Use of non-VAYU refill liquids

• Accidental drops, cracks, or unauthorized modifications

• Products without valid proof of purchase

V. WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a claim:

• Email algreen@algreentech.com with your order number, issue description, and clear video evidence of the defect.

• If approved, we may offer:

  • Spare parts

  • Product replacement

  • Repair or refund (at our discretion)

VI. SPECIAL NOTE ON ALGAE PACKETS

If your algae packet appears yellow or discolored, this must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for replacement, and a new packet will be chargeable.

VII. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Products not purchased from www.algreentech.com

• Items missing essential components or packaging

• Products showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, or customization

• Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery

VIII. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE

As a small startup shipping globally, we strive to keep costs fair and service reliable. Please note:

• Shipping fees are high and non-refundable, especially for international orders.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend tracking all shipments and contacting us promptly with any concerns.
