We’re confident you’ll love your Vayu (it’s basically the plant of the future). But we understand that no single product can meet everyone's needs 100% of the time. That’s why we make returns and replacements super simple.

OVERALL RETURN GUIDELINES 

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of Vayu (“Product”, “Vayu”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) made directly from Algreen through our official website. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered under this Policy.

By purchasing the Product from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to orders shipped within Hong Kong. To initiate a return, all of the following criteria must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the shipment date.

  • The Product must be in resalable condition, with no signs of misuse or excessive wear.

  • All original components and packaging, including manuals and accessories, must be included.

  • The Product must have been purchased directly from Algreen (www.algreentech.com).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

II. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at algreen@algreentech.com, providing your full name, order number, and reason for return.

  2. Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions and the designated return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Product back using your preferred courier. A tracking number is highly recommended.
    ⚠️ Do not select "signature required" shipping as this may cause delays in receipt.

Note: Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

III. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or a warranty-covered issue reported within 14 days of delivery, Algreen will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • In all other return scenarios, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

IV. REFUNDS

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 2–4 business days.

  • Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment only.

  • Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

V. WARRANTY POLICY

Vayu is protected under a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

✅ Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Malfunction due to faulty components or materials

  • Functional failures under normal use conditions

❌ Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Damage from using non-Vayu refill liquids

  • Accidental drops, cracks, or unauthorized alterations

  • Products returned without valid proof of purchase

VI. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To make a warranty claim, email algreen@algreentech.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) or video(s) of the defect

Our support team will respond with next steps. If your issue qualifies, we will offer either:

  • Repair of the product,

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund, at our discretion.


VII. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products will not be accepted for return if:

  • They were not purchased from www.algreentech.com

  • They are missing essential components or packaging

  • They show signs of intentional damage, misuse, or customization

  • The return is initiated after 30 days from the shipment date
